Description
The RC2 and DC2 reprocessing doesn't run HealSparsePropertyMapTask in spite of it being defined in DRP.yaml and being run for ci_hsc_gen3. This is because it is not defined in any of the subsets that are run for the reprocessing.

Looks good. This will definitely include this task in HSC RC2s, and I think the DC2 runs typically just use the full pipeline anyway (but Dan Taranu and Monika Adamow are the people who would really know), but the subsets you chose seem like reasonable ones.
I have the pipe_tasks and obs_subaru in where I think they should go. I am not sure how to fix the DC2 reprocessing, since the subsets aren't defined in obs_lsst.
