Because of Spatial Analyzers robust simulation features, MTAlignment's primary simulation mode should be able to simulate almost all of the functionality of the final alignment system. This task is to start implementing that and developing automated tests. Note that this simulation mode will require SpatialAnalyzer and T2SA running on a Windows host of some sort. For now this is just to get basic functionality working: connect to T2SA, run some simulated measurements, and query results.
