`metrics_pipeline.yaml` in `faro` is meant to be the "full" set of metrics to be run without applying external calibrations. It uses `preparation_matched_multi.yaml`, which does apply external calibrations. Create a separate `preparation_matched_multi_jointcal_fgcm.yaml` that does the external calibs, and edit `preparation_matched_multi.yaml` to not include them.
