      Description

      An unexpected consequence of DM-31120 is that the pipetask run embedded inside ap_verify no longer prints logs, which now get swallowed by CliRunner. As this appears to be the correct behavior for CliRunner, it is impossible to restore the old behavior; apply a workaround instead.
