Current questions:

How do we group columns?  It looks like it's a feature in the VOTable, but I'm not sure what rules we want to apply with the grouping.

What column grouping rules do we want?  Can we come up with some text on what the groupings should be?  I'm guessing this might involve some kind of markup or metadata somewhere.

Finally, I'm not sure if CADC code supports this, so we might have to figure that one out.  So far I don't see it in the code, but I may be missing it.
