There have been some measurements that were dispatched and then forwarded to influxDB that have dates we'd like to replace with more accurate ones now that we have the --date-created option in `dispatch_verify.py`.

This will require finding all the squash_ids for the affected jobs, clearing those jobs from the squashDB and then dropping the series from the influxDB.
