The march continues as we expand the integration tests.  Included in this effort are some cleanup work from the previous ticket.

• Remove ScriptQueue_Controller.py or clean it up
  • Name should be all lower-case
    • Change all instances/references, accordingly
• Split the functional code separated from the bin/auxtel_visit.py script into its own class. The script itself should be a mere skeleton to execute the class. Here's an example: https://github.com/lsst-ts/ts_standardscripts/blob/develop/scripts/set_summary_state.py
