Gen3 isrTask could be made to take a default None camera object

      Description

      As discussed with Chris, L1885 of isrTask.py could easily take a None camera, and that might speed up isr running quite a bit if camera instantiation is still slow.

      Ideally it wouldn't even be an input, as this is only actually there to "support" people doing wonky things in notebooks - all inputs from the command line must have a detector set already (and if it doesn't then it's fine to fail).

          My hope is that every time one of us is in there we just chip away at it, but sure, have put a TODO in the setup.cfg with a ticket number anyway.
