Unhash Jenkins work directory names

      Description

      The Jenkins work directory names have been hashed to ensure that the shebang lines that result do not end up being too long. Since we now use conda compilers and Python 3 everywhere, though, those components of the directory name are no longer relevant. The remaining OS "display name" is as short as the hash and is much more user-friendly.
