            Added deployment configuration for the Tucson Test Stand. No major issues in this deployment, only forgot a manual step which is to se the default role to editor for the default organization in Chronograf so that users have the right permissions.

            Also I had a typo in the kafka-connect configuration and kafka-connect was not deployed by mistake. kafka-connect-manager did not complain, an error message saying that it could not reach kafka-connect to upload the connector configuration would be nice. I've opened DM-31717 to address that.

            SQR-034 was updated with information about this deployment, and the EFD client handle tucson_teststand_efd was added to the segwarides secret.
