This was mostly the investigational parts:

1. Reading the Datalink spec (multiple times)
2. Reading over some recent IVOA talks on datalink
3. Going through the CADC code and figuring out how they do datalink
4. Figuring out to override the tablewriter, which is where this bit of custom code will eventually end up living.
