A recently uncovered bug highlighted the fact that we are never executing some of the analysis contexts in `faro`. This ticket requires 2 steps:

1. Check which contexts are not covered in the "run everything" pipelines in `faro`, and
2. If any are not covered, ensure that there is at least one metric utilizing each context in metrics_pipeline_jointcal_fgcm.yaml and metrics_pipeline.yaml.

This will ensure that nightly CI jobs are testing the runQuantum methods of all base classes.
