Ongoing Jenkins issues

      Description

      The verify_drp_metrics job is still not running after dealing with a number of issues over the weekend.  The most recent issue is that the pipeline script requires jointcal.  I think we should move the script to rc2_subset and make that packaged depend on lsst_distrib.

            OK.  That failed because when I was resolving a merge conflict I got rid of the previous fix for the unknown dataset.  New PR is here: https://github.com/lsst-sqre/ci-scripts/pull/84

            Now we just need to wait 5 hours to see if it fails when it gets to jointcal.

            Looks like the pipeline ran but then:

            FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/opt/lsst/software/stack/stack/miniconda3-py38_4.9.2-0.7.0/Linux64/jointcal/22.0.1-12-g3bd7ecb+bbeacc25a9/tests/config/config-gen3.py'
