The new TransformedCentroidFromCoordPlugin used for forced photometry from DataFrames looks more robust than the originalTransformedCentroidPlugin, because SourceCatalogs are guaranteed to have coord fields in their minimal schema, but are not guaranteed to have a centroid slot.  We should change the default in ForcedMeasurementTask; this shouldn't change any processing outputs, but that should be checked.
