In https://github.com/lsst-sqre/sqr-062, write up the design for the webpage-based notebook execution and viewing service that will be deployed to the Rubin Science Platform. The core conceit of this web service is that rendered notebooks are displayed as webpages and executed on the back-end on-demand. Notebooks can also be parameterized via query parameters on the URL, causing the notebook to be rendered with a unique set of input values.
