      Description

      Noteburst is a middleware service for the Rubin Science Platform that programmatically executes Jupyter Notebooks in a JupyterLab environment to approximate how users interact with the RSP.

      The purpose of this ticket is to set up the noteburst Python application package and do the basic customization work to get it ready for domain-specific development.

            • Set up the noteburst application (moved configuration to pydantic, set up a v1 API, added doc build (https://noteburst.lsst.io), and other small configurations.
            • Created noteburst 0.1.0 Helm chart
            • Deployed noteburst to minikube and idfdev.
