Update shell script in rc2_subset to extract pipe_analysis metrics

      Description

      The two calls to make_job_document.py in the shell script to run data processing in rc2_subset only extract "validate_drp" metrics. Include additional lines as necessary to extract "pipe_analysis" metrics (specifically, the stellar locus metric, wPerp).

          Example for future reference. On lsst-devl, the following extracts the stellar_locus_width_wPerp metric to a job document:

          make_job_document.py /repo/dc2 2.2i/runs/test-med-1/w_2021_36/DM-31699 --metrics_package "pipe_analysis"
