Description
This epic covers work required to resume the RSP Portal development after the freeze. It includes:
- Staff training on the phalanx-based (aka SquareOps) deployment configuration and management
- Transition of routine portal operations in IDF/production to the IPAC-based team
- Suitable pre-release testing environments
- Completion of some work already in flight
