          Next step after DM-8146 is to fix unresolved references from libm when loading starlink-ast shlibs. This only gets triggered when compiling lsst_distrib from lsstsw in an MKL conda stack environment.

          Disabled the failing test for now. Fixing DM-32221 is the last show stopper for building lsst_distrib

          lsst_distrib compiles with the MKL conda stack installed. Not sure how this reasonable can be deployed or used yet.

          With the new version 9.2.5 in starlink-ast-feedstock this works out of the box after installing MKL in the rubinenv environment for a lsstsw rebuild. Closing this ticket.
