      Description

      Now that observing is running with Gen3, turn off Gen2.
      This shouldn't be done during a run, but well before, with some closed dome testing to make sure that nothing is secretly using Gen2 in the background.

          It'll be a combination people I think, and I plan to coordinate it (unless others really want to!). It'll involve people administering all the ingest etc on the summit, removing the summit mount points for the Gen2 repo, etc. Also, at some point we'll want to do the same for NCSA too...
