Gen 3 ap_verify ingestion does not produce logs

      Description

      ap_verify dataset ingestion does not produce logs in Gen 3, although it does in Gen 2. The only log entry produced by running ingest_dataset.py is the line "Data ingested". The behavior does not depend on whether the -j argument is used.

      This may be a problem configuring Gen3DatasetIngestTask (which is run directly, not through CLI). Investigate and fix.
