Solved labview license activation issue by downgrading client to 4.3 from 21.0
Built all Labview windows software
Started work on PXI, attempting to find devices on network subnet
Installed requirements for configuring speedgoat machine
Started working on getting connection to speedgoat machine

Next steps are to setup the PXIs and the speedgoat.
