Update faro TExTasks to take parquet table as input

      Description

      The individual tasks in faro need to be updated to accept parquet tables (dataframe objects) as input, this ticket focuses on the TexTasks (e.g. TE3/TE4). The metric algorithm should not be changed as part of this update.

          During testing we found a bug in the original metric algorithm tex.py that required fixing. See details in commit: https://github.com/lsst/faro/commit/29b3f41826315d22ac79b1024502db7ad8a7b463

          During testing of the Tract/Patch level analysis contexts we found that the default values for the table selection and column names should be updated for the TEx task definition. See details in commit  https://github.com/lsst/faro/commit/e197aa8e6824f1173f482997a04c1ef4fe3ca66d
