      Now that forcedPhotCcdOnDiaObjects is in step5, step6 (consolidateDiaSourceTable) depends on step5 outputs.

      In the past, step5 and step6 were not blocking each other.

          This was a misunderstanding of Hsin-Fang Chiang. The existing diagram is still correct. Neither step6 nor step7 depend on step5.
