Exclude DIA from rc2_subset nightly CI processing

      Description

      Executing the full obs_subaru/DRP.yaml pipeline on rc2_subset (in verify_drp_metrics CI job) took ~19 hours, then failed, on our first try. Exclude difference imaging steps from the processing, since this dataset may not be well suited to DIA.
