Update SAL build scripts with updated AddedGenerics implementation

      Description

      The <Generics> tag in ts_xml/sal_interfaces/SALSubsystems.xml has been changed to <AddedGenerics>.  Additionally, the implementation has changed drastically; instead of "yes," "no," or a comma-delimited list of topics, there are now categories.  These all need to be handled
