      Description

Add a big red PANIC! button to M1M3 GUI/EUI. That will trigger mirror fault, leading to mirror to rest on statics support. This will help in situations when we notice something wrong is happening and would like to drive M1M3 to static support safety as soon as possible.

It's red, and it works while raising or lowering the mirror:

You wrote that the panic button works when raising and lowering the mirror. Does it also work in engineer more, normal operations, etc?

Yes. Panic button works in all modes except when configuration isn't loaded (in Standby mode). Engineering, no-Engineering makes no difference - it still works and shall work.
