Prior to DM-32454 (released on w46), calling butler query-data-ids with the datasets and collection option returns results matching the dimensions of the dataset type.

After this ticket that no longer works and no results are returned.

The command line needs to updated to handle this new reality. Currently dimensions are optional and no warning is issued if you don't specify them.

Alternatively, can the dimensions be worked out by the CLI automatically from the dataset type?
