      Description

      This ticket is to copy the remaining flats from NCSA to the summit, and to fix the summit LATISS/calib collection to be a chained collection.

            I have updated the LATISS calib collections at both the summit and NCSA such that the LATISS/calib collection is a chained collection linking all currently accepted calibrations.

            Sorry, took a while to get to this, but just confirmed that the default calib sets at NCSA and the summit both work nicely!
