Description

Having galactic extinction corrected magnitudes available for plotting would be useful. Figure out how to do this.

An AFW version of looking up extinction corrections for a catalog is at https://github.com/lsst/faro/blob/main/python/lsst/faro/utils/extinction_corr.py

We'll probably implement a parquet-compatible version in `faro` soon.
