Description
Do we have a ticket to check the morphology of CRs detected on dark exposures? We're seeing problems on LATISS due to missing VBB, and that would catch it
`ip_isr` is a reasonable place to put the kind of things that Merlin implemented in his notebook. I'm thinking about the isrQa.py code, where this can be added as an optional calculation

DM-32793 Check if cp_verify fails on LATISS flats taken with VBB OFF
- Done
I don't disagree with this at all, but annoyingly, the current CR code (detection and interpolation) is in imChar (because of "needing" a PSF model), so there is that to consider.
I 100% agree that for QA of sensor stuff that isr is the right/nice to place for it to live, especially as running imChar for this is long and relatively expensive, and a bit of an abuse of the task, as you have to turn everything off otherwise it will fail horribly on darks, not to mention means the metrics will then live in the wrong place...
Anyway, no real point there, just wanted to note that on the ticket.
