            Zernike Estimation using current version of WEP (v.2.5.0) and the updated version on the branch associated with this ticket.

            This test runs a single extra focal and intra focal donut. The extra focal donut is the same each time but we use an intrafocal donut at an array of distances from the center of the focal plane shown in this figure:

            Using version 2.5.0 of WEP we see that as vignetting increases on the R04 and R40 corner sensors there is an increasing discrepancy between the values of the OPD and Zernike Estimates of WEP:

            Here are the actual values

            And here are the difference from the OPD:

            With the fix in this branch here are the same results:
