            Since the minimum pins added on an emergency basis to rubin-env 0.7.0 build 4 don't actually seem to have helped the conda solver when current_repodata was unusable, and since we have now moved to using the mamba solver everywhere, remove those minimum pins as well.

            (Although this puts us at some small risk of failing when the source relies on a package feature that some outdated but still compatible-with-others dependency does not provide.)
