      Description

      This patch covers two issues in the interaction between ts_wep and the current DM stack:

      1) The task timing warning is using a deprecated version of this utility. Change to use the new version in lsst.utils.

      2) The camera connection information needs to include the ability to look up the static calibration info at this time. Add information in ts_wep to find the correct calibration.
