Update rc2_subset to import from drp_pipe

      Description

      With the recent switch to pipelines residing in drp_pipe, and changes to reduce the matched catalog memory usage in faro, the verify_drp_metrics CI build fails. Update the pipeline in rc2_subset to import from drp_pipe instead of obs_subaru.
