Description

In `w_2022_05` this warning appears when running the ts_wep test suite:

FutureWarning: Call to deprecated function (or staticmethod) prune_collection. (Please consider using remove-collections or remove-runs instead. Will be removed after v24.) – Deprecated since version v24.0.

This issue is to update the deprecated command in ts_wep.
