Robert Lupton is requesting that we consider removing visit_system as a concept and have one and only one definition of visit: 1 or 2 exposures taken from a single takeImages command.

This would mean that we would never be able to define one-to-one visits if we ever do 2-snap exposures and implicitly assumes that DDF observations are done by calling takeImages multiple times.
