Support the Jupyter Notebook to Verify the New Rotator Trajectory

      Description

      Support the Jupyter notebook to verify the new rotator trajectory. Based on the meeting of "verification of the rotator trajectory algorithm requirements" at 3/2/2022, I would need to work with Tekniker to provide the Jupiter notebook (use rotator CSC) to execute the test cases and analyze the event and telemetry to verify the trajectory algorithm. Holger Drass will support this effort for the use of notebook and the execution on summit (I might go to the summit as well, which will be another JIRA ticket to support this).

      Need to check with Holger Drass any repository that he would prefer me to put the scripts.
