Change Sensor Names in ts_ofc

      Description

      The corner rafts have out of date labels in ts_ofc policy files for LSSTCam. We need to update these for the closed loop to run correctly on the wavefront sensors.

            Reviewed in GitHub. If you have the problem of calculation in ts_ofc, you could follow:
            Control Algorithm in Optical Feedback Control. Or you could ask me for the details to finish the update of ts_ofc to support the corner wavefront sensors.
