Setup base class to compute metrics based off of pre matched catalogs such as the output of the  IsolatedStarAssociationTask.

Primary examples are for photometric and astrometric repeatability.

The output of IsolatedStarAssociationTask gives a isolated_star_cat a pandas dataframe of primary objects(unique isolated objects in a tract), and the isolated_star_sources dataframe contains all source measurements of these primary objects.
