Please update ts_sal to stop sending CMD_ACK (implementing RFC-831). It should presumably still accept it, to allow time for all the CSCs to be updated, but not require it.

For what it's worth, I consider this lower priority than updating ts_sal to ignore string lengths in ts_xml. If practical, it would be nice to have both in place for the next cycle build following ts_xml 11 and salobj 7.
