      Description

      Currently a WeatherStation remote is created inside the DIMM CSC and then passed on to the Astelco model. There are several reasons not to do so. See

      The bug mentioned in that discussion has been solved but it still is worthwhile improving the rest of the code. This ticket is for doing that.
