            The CCW did not follow the rotator at ~9:40 am. Then, after 1 hour, for somehow, it began to follow the rotator. Right now, we are trying to figure out a way to reproduce this problem consistently. In addition, Holger also mentioned that their experience was that the CCW would stop to follow the rotator after some time of following. Right now, we have two suspects. One is the buffer in OpenSplice or salobj. The other one is there is a timeout in CCW software to get the rotator telemetry.

            We could reproduce the error by putting the rotator and CCW to the Enabled state and move the rotator immediately. I suspected this is because the CCW has the following error before it got the telemetry from rotator. I think we might be able to improve the logic that the CCW should not enter the state to follow the rotator until it receives the first telemetry from rotator.

            We isolated and reproduced the fault. Thanks to Tiago Ribeiro for fixing the bug at the MTmount/CCW component! Tiago Ribeiro please add GH link for new MTmount release.
