The CCW did not follow the rotator at ~9:40 am. Then, after 1 hour, for somehow, it began to follow the rotator. Right now, we are trying to figure out a way to reproduce this problem consistently. In addition, Holger also mentioned that their experience was that the CCW would stop to follow the rotator after some time of following. Right now, we have two suspects. One is the buffer in OpenSplice or salobj. The other one is there is a timeout in CCW software to get the rotator telemetry.
