Gregory provided an excellent breakdown of work that should be transferred to the T/CAMs to incorporate into work plans to implement the ICDs. Gregory, I would post that somewhere in confluence or here and then confirm with Jacek and T/CAMs that it is on their action lists.

Attached breakdown of DM tasks that flow down from ICDs, as delivered to Jeff K on 2016-02-03.
ICD work now transitioned to Kian-Tat Lim; new epics and milestones generated to complete them.
Removed due date.
Much of the remaining work has been done as part of the transition plan for ICDs that I prepared for Jeff Kantor. I will talk to him and Kian-Tat Lim to figure out how to document that here and close this ticket.
