Improve the Jupyter notebook of rotator verification in part 2.
- Add the data analysis of acceleration and jerk. Note this will be affected by noise a lot.
- Update the software limits for 45/-45 for the range test.

I modified the range test and supported the calculation of acceleration and jerk in the notebook. It is noted that I realized the Simulink model had applied the low-pass filter in the calculation of velocity already. I think I can improve more with the real hardware data in the next Monday on summit (SUMMIT-6286).
