Remove the "calibrated" field from the MTRotator "motors" telemetry topic

      Description

      In ts_xml 12 remove the "calibrated" field from the MTRotator "motors" telemetry topic.

      We had to leave it in for ts_xml 11.1 because we were transitioning from a CSC that published it to one that did not.

      Also update the current branch of ts_mtrotator (for the old controller) to stop using this field.

            Pull requests:

            Since the ts_mtrotator pull request requires ts_salobj it is not clear to me if we will ever use it, or if we will switch to the new low-level controller in time (before ts_xml 12 is released). If you are sure we will never need it then I would rather close it then merge it.
