Description

Due to my misunderstanding between python (64-bit) and c (32-bit) integers, the visit key in a whole bunch of tables in (at least) fgcmcal, jointcal, consolidateVisitSummary, finalizeCharacterization use a 32-bit visit key rather than 64-bit, and that breaks with auxtel (and in the future Rubin) visit numbers.
