Recent discussion of how to use ap_verify brought up a couple of issues with the current ap_verify tutorial:

• the example --data-query restricts the band, which was a Gen 2 workaround.
• there is no mention that ap_verify datasets need to be setup; this fact should be mentioned both in the tutorial and in installing datasets.
