Remove wPerp from step5 of DP0.2 pipeline

      Description

      The ticket to use the parq Object Table to reduce the memory usage for wPerp (DM-33389)  is in review.  In the meantime, because it hasn't been merged or backported yet and we're about to begin step5 of DP0.2, let's remove wPerp from the step5 subset on v23.0.x only. Long term solution for main is still:  DM-33389.

       

      We can always run it later if needed.

          PR for obs_lsst is up.

          Note: I went to remove it from the obs_subaru pipeline too, but its not even there.
