Remove consolidateForcedSourceTable from step5 of DP0.2 pipeline

      Description

      The forceSourceTable are currently wider than the sizing model expects.  We need to make them narrower.1 Too late for schema changes for DP0.2. 

       

      5 year depth tables are long too and take too much memory to concatenate. 

       

      Plan is to keep it in the pipeline (therefore ci_imsim won't need to be changed. Just to remove it from step5)
